Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Analyst. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to analyze data, provide insights, and contribute to decision-making processes. If you have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for data, and the ability to translate complex information into clear insights, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand business goals and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Support the development of strategies and action plans based on data analysis.
  • Monitor and assess business performance through regular analysis.
  • Maintain and update data models and databases.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of business processes through data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and analytical software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Experience with database management and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
